IT'S BACK!!! The IDC Community Memorial Day Cookout!!!
If you are not traveling and have some free time, we would love to see you!! This will be the 9th Annual IDC Memorial Day Cookout and we hope you will bring someone with you this year. This is a community event so come one come ALL!! This is a Kid Friendly and Family event!! All small dogs must be on leash.
We Need Volunteers ~ All cooks/grillers/set-up crew, clean-up crew please arrive at 11:30 pm to help with the grills etc...Location - Reedy Creek Shelter #2
Community: Please bring a side Dish such as.... Slaw, Potato Salad, Baked Beans, Tossed Salad, Corn on Cob, Fruit, Mac n Cheese, Pasta, Vegetarian Dishes etc... or a special dish of your choice. Desserts... all kinds are welcomed! Note: If you desire a special meat such as a veggie patty, please bring it with you to put on the grill.
We Need: Hamburger buns, hot dog buns, condiments (mayo, mustard) Paper products - plates, cups, napkins, silverware.
Drinks: Water, Sodas Diet and Non-Diet, Coolers w/ice.
No alcoholic drinks allowed in State Parks. Thank you.
Activities: We will play some cards and board games while having a wonderful time. Each year Kickball has been our group event. So please bring your balls, talents, skills and our half-time entertainment please be prepared to Perform!!
Things to Bring: Lawn chair, straw hat, games/cards, insect repellent etc...
